Sweet, floral, fresh and clean citrus aromas remind me of Spring. With flowers budding and the arrival of some of my favorite fruits, this season brings to mind a time for total body renewal. An aromatherapy mist is a quick, easy, and refreshing way to welcome the scents of Spring, any time of year.

Below are some essential oil recipes you can use to create your own Aromatherapy Mist.

Here’s how you do it:

Add the essential oils to a 1 ounce bottle with a sprayer top. Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled or spring water. You can also add a little witch hazel or aloe vera gel for even more skin soothing benefits. Shake well and your mist is ready to go.

Lightly mist your skin. Be sure to close your eyes when you mist your face. When the humid, hot days come, you can even keep your blend in the refrigerator for some cooling relief…..ahhhhhhh!

Your skin will get hydrated and your mood will be uplifted from the fresh, clean scents!
