I am interested in making some body creams for myself. I have been using Polysorbate 80, but want to change to a natural emulsifier. Can you please give me the proper ration of Borax to Beeswax?

Try a teaspoon of liquid lecithin along with a teaspoon of borax and just enough beeswax to thicken the cream.
