Rejuva Minerals’ Multi Task Loose Powder is the Swiss Army Knife of mineral makeup. It does so many things, and does them all so well! I really didn’t know what to expect when I first tried it. I was told to apply it lightly. This makes sense since it’s not buildable. It can be used as both a primer under makeup, as well as a finishing powder to blend and soften colors, absorb oil, and brighten the complexion. It does all of this so beautifully!
A great feature on top of all this is that it’s made for us sensitive skin types. The ingredients are beautifully pure, including a soft all-natural scent of Lemon grass. So nice! There’s nothing better than a company that truly respects the needs of their customers. This customer loves purity, so it’s high on my list of must-haves.
I tried it as both the primer and the finishing powder. It did exactly what it was meant to do, absorb oil, making a great start for the application. I then applied a layer of Rejuva Minerals’ Natural Look Pressed Powder Foundation, which added the coverage needed. I then added Rejuva Minerals’ Baked Mineral Blush on my cheeks and a bit on my forehead to add warmth. Finally I topped off the look by sparingly adding a dusting of more of the Multi-Task Powder, using circular motions to brighten and blend.
I do believe that you can over-do it with this, because it is such a light shade. But that’s on purpose, so no worries. Just use the amount suggested and it will do it’s thing in the loveliest of ways. I’d also like to say that I used Rejuva Minerals’ Flat Top Buki brush, which is now my all-time favorite brush! It gave the lightest of light touches, so rare when it comes to the larger brushes. It’s absolutely perfect for this product. You may want to get a couple so that you can use the second one for blush. Don’t forget to get the brush when you get the Multi Task Powder, you’ll be glad you did.
